Just hit a BIN for a Corey Hart 2003 Bowman SotF auto for $8.50 DLVD. Don't mind that price, since it's basically 1/2 price with free shipping. Might be able to double or maybe even triple the investment if he keep hitting home runs the way he has been.

No scan, since the auction hadn't even collated properly in eBay before I hit the BIN button.

Dude, a well respected member here on the boards pulled a Ryan Braun JUST LIKE THAT. It's got a hologram sticker, what else do you need? A letter from Topps saying "Yeah, we put this patch in the card."?

just FYI...

1. Came with an MLB Authentication sticker, so if it is indeed a fake patch that means someone took a bad fake patch and then took the sticker from an actual game used jersey to make this card. The card seems far too low end with a crappy patch to waste the sticker on it.

2. It came from a respectable seller (BrentandBecca?) who I believe opens a lot of new products and sells the singles. They're not really in the faking business from what I've seen, and don't have any other crazy patches up.

3. I'm confident it's real, and the sticker is the reason I wanted it. For under $20 dlvd, I'm happy with it.

Are you kidding me? MLB does not authenticate patches...They authentic full GU jerseys. The patch just happened to have the MLB authentication sticker on it. Unbelievable.

Jays_Cards is right. The Hanley is legit. Topps just happened to select a portion of the jersey with the MLB authentication sticker on it. I've seen multiple patches with the same type of sticker.
