Not to divert from the OP's question, but I had contacted Panini on this card and they said it was supposed to be stamped. As far as the card mentioned above I thoughtt I saw another checklist online that stated there were some cards limited to just 3 or 4 copies. I will have to take a look tonight when I get home from work.

My guess would be he only signed 4 cards in green ink, so they numbered them to 4 instead of 10.
