Sorry to hear this JP. I haven't been sending anything in to BGS lately as I've noticed a lot of inconsistency with their grading. For example, last year I sent in a Bowman Chrome Blue Refractor Brett Gardner #/150 and it didn't meet minimum grade. I then listed it on eBay when he was called up last year and sold it to nldclark. A couple months later I see MY card (same serial #) in his auctions with a BGS 9.5!?!?! WTF?!?!?!

I think he meant $50-$100 difference.

Yep shoulda used numbers instead of words. But yeah, it's pretty easily a 2x multiplier on a card like that.

I got absolutely smoked on my grades today, too.
Submitted 6 cards in the "Who's Hot" deal, and only 1 9.5 (and 2 didn't meet a 9 grade). I didn't think I was THAT bad...
