I'm guessing he bought it thinking he was real. Found out it was a fake and now doesn't want it so is disclosing its fake.
Glad he isn't trying to pass it off as real. Props for being honset about what you are selling. Most wouldn't disclose this.
Seller says he bought it knowing it was a fake. The only problem I can see is someone buying this intending to pass it off as real...in fact, I bet this will end up with a massive price tag at the White Plains show with the other hundreds of fake patches. If someone honest buys it, there should be a way to stamp it or deface it in a way that makes it clear it's a fake.
Hole puncher?
Set it on fire? LOL!

The seller's a good guy. He is selling off his Bagwell collection and had a collection that makes mine look laughable. He's always up front about everything he has sold. I'd know as I've watched/bid on/or won a lot of his items.
But...imagine if that was real? That thing would go for a pretty penny!
I wouldn't believe that was real even if I pulled it myself.
Not even a good fake at that as its your classic shove job.
This is a terrible fake; three logos perfectly like that in one card? Fat chance.
Ended up selling for $26.99, way more than I was willing to go. Now let's see if this resurfaces as a "real" patch card.
