Biggest problem I have when I see a card like this? I automatically think it's fake, even if it's 100% real.

With Sterling, the best hope you have of figuring out authenticity is (aside from seeing it pulled) to see the rest of the patch on other copies. Someone here built the entire Indian head of another player.
If all of the other versions of that card have numbering/lettering, I stay away.
