What Baseball card am I?

Got an email from another collector regarding this "who am I" game.
Heres some hints, try to guess who/what card is it.
Its not easy because its not a "hobby icon" card but it does feature a very popular player.

1. My paper in not white
2. I am listed in the Beckett Plus
3. I am an error card
4. I share this error with another player in the same set
5. I Am miSsing someThing on My card
6. Im not in the Hall of Fame but could be voted in by the vets
7. I played on a big market team for my whole career
8. I WOOD have liked to have won a World Series ring.
9. I am in a set, which at the time, was regarded as having an amazing rookie card crop eventhough most of them appeared in sets issued a year prior to this one.
10. The team I was on traded one of their top prospects because I had already developed into a super star and there was no place to play him. That player has a better chance of making the HOF than I do.

9. I am in a set, which at the time, was regarded as having an amazing rookie card crop eventhough most of them appeared in sets issued a year prior to this one. (Most of the THEN top rookies were in 1986 Traded/Update/Rookies sets)
10. The team I was on traded one of their top prospects because I had already developed into a super star and there was no place to play him. That player has a better chance of making the HOF than I do. (That player is McGriff)
