Using terms like "Epic", "Monster", "Consistant", "Unique", etc; what do these guys have to do to reclaim a place in the hobby and maybe even make it profitable (ok, less painful) to unlaod a failed collection/stash:

At first glance those players look like they're in either small-market teams or kinda average teams with not much of a collector following. Some guys just don't have any wow factor or "it" quality(this sentence may only make sense to me in my mind).
