What I dislike the most pretty much tells you what I think of the overall product.

I really, really dont like the College Ties insert cards. Filled mostly with common and low level prospects on ugly cards. Cant remember the last time I actually said Id rather have a base card than an insert.

Beyond that, its a phenominal product.

The checklist is to broad and has too many bottom tier guys. Now as a breaker you could say just hold all your low $ cards for the guy to get hot, but the checklist is so broad that a significant portion of the checklist is never going to make it, or even go on a streak to create decent value.

I want to see some actual cards be fore I make a judgement for certain, but I don't like any of the insert sets except elite series based on scans.

I have a few autos of my guy incoming, otherwise my LCS trip is on thursday.

I hate how it drops like a rock in value, I won't pick up any for months.

Its hard to fault a product that delivers 6-10 autos a box, has the top draft picks in it, and has the likes of Pujols,Reggie, Nolan Ryan and Pete Rose in it. remember back when draft once delivered just a SOTT auto per box?

once upon a time the only difference was on card ink versus sticker ink, and now that hole is slowly closing.

I get the feeling that Panini wants me as a customer when I open this stuff, I dont' get that feeling with
topps or UD.

While I have many positives about this product, my dislike is in how the autos get dinged up so easily. I have looked at many of the ones I have and it seems the middle of the bottom edge of the card is ruffled up just a tiny bit. I am assuming it's where the card got hung on the rollers as it was being inserted into packs. Now, that being said, I love the fact that many boxes are delivering the 6 hits and the hot boxes drop 10 on ya. Its nice to feel like you are getting a little added value rather than a bunch of junk like Topps and UD.

mine is that Aroldis Chapman doesn't know how to write his first name (grin) and the base is only 50 cards instead of 100.

Razor Sig Series had 10 boxes per box
Many of the top draft pciks
Exclusivity with many of the players
And Letterman has Pete Rose

That recipe didn't mean to long term success

I would rather have what happened with my breaks this year (averaging just under 2 autos in BDP and having most of them being able to sell for double digits)

The more isn't always the merrier
Some who pumped the product up BEFORE they received their cases obviously had a motive and agenda. Can't blame them.

This would be one product I wouln'd sit on too long because some of those guys will have other autos in 2010

The whole "Panini wants me as a customer while Topps and UD doesn't" quote reeks of Razor kool-aid mentality

I hate getting die the cuts in a penny sleeve, just makes me nervous, and I had at least a few cards per box that had the same intentations in the front( luckily none of the autos). Liked it overall, hope they go on card all the way next year.

If the print run was as reduced as people say this year, I would have liked to have pulled more Die Cut Auto parallels.

Don't like that they doubled the print runs of the non-auto die-cut parallels.
