What do you think is a good price for this Mendenhall lot?

I think if I hold it till next year, I would be able to get the BIN out of it for sure. But I am thinking of moving it now as i'm in need of some cash. What do you think a good offer would be?

I wouldn't do them as a lot. I'd sell individual at regular auctions and hope some steeler fanatics go crazy bidding.
