He performed pretty well as a rookie last year and, though he got some attention, he's underrated. Due to him playing in Minnesota, a smaller card market, his cards probably won't garner the attention they deserve for some time (unless he absolutely takes over like KG did). I'll probably still pick up a few of his nicer RC autos, though.

Dunno if he'll ever get the hobby love he deserves ,but will put up solid numbers. The team he's only certainly doesn't help.

I think at some point he will be a very important, yet underrated, player on a very good team. I don't know if the Wolves will be that team because their front office just doesn't seem to get it, but at some point it will happen.

"he's josh mcroberts, but with more hype' that comment is rediculous.....Love is a double-double machine. Possibly in the top 5 of big men passing ever (Walton, Alvin Adams, Jack Sickma, Unseld). His outlet passes are insane. Plus he can score inside and outside unless he has a serious shotblocker in front of him. They will have him at center over l Jeffreson, does that say anything?

If kevin love went 1 on 1 with DH12, he'd just get smacked around and probably injured. One of the most overrated players of the draft.

Come on, the same could be said about most players in the league. That's just not the type of player Love is. If that's what you're looking for, you are trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. That doesn't mean that the square peg doesn't fit into building a very good team.

Never said he compared to DH12, and not many do....but I bet he makes more free throws, and has more assists. Not many guards are as good as Jordan or Kobe either....but I'd still say there are 6-10 nice guards in the league. Compare appples to apples, not bananas to apples.

brad miller would be a better comparison. I could see Love putting up similar stats to brad's over his career.

Love is more athletic, a better shooter, a better passer. Basically, Miller is a very poor man's Love.

I really thought he was going to be a major bust, but towards the end of the season he played pretty well. I think he will have a decent NBA career
