Should a BGS 9.5 command a high Beckett Value sell price? I'm just referring to normal cards, RC, and refractors. Not Huge cards like Pujols RC, Wright RC etc.

I say a psa 9 or bgs 9 with a 8.5 sub should command high book. Fine 9's (all 9 subs) or a Very Fine 9's (All 9's and 1 "very" for each 9.5 sub) is when premium prices apply.

It obviously depends on the card, year, ect...

But for modern cards, say the last 25 years or so, a 8.5 - 9 should see high book value, with premiums being placed on better copies. However, it must be said this is a guideline and not a rule.
