What has Vladimir Guerrero done to deserve this?

Ok guys, so I am trying to clear out some extra cards I have to just have some $$$. Anyway, I decide to list this Vladimir Guerrero patch card: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... :MESELX:IT

I purchased it for $6dlvd in March because it was cheap and I just felt like it was a cool patch card to have...Well, fast forward to yesterday, I listed it at $.99 on Monday, well by Wednesday it jumps up to $5, then $7, then $11, now it is a $16...

So, when I purchased it did I get a good deal? Otherwise, why is this going for so much????

Currently at $9.50...I'm just amazed, I wasn't expecting more than a couple dollars for them...

My only guess is player collectors....Feel free to comment, elaborate, or whatever it is you guys do

Well, I just read one of the ebayer's "about me" page and he is "trying to get one of every Vladimir Guerrero card" so clearly he collects Vlad...lol

Maybe it's because he's a sure-fire first-ballot HOF'er and one of the best hitters for both power and average that the LMB has ever seen.

Also, though vlad gets no love (even being on a great team) he is one on the best players of his generation. His stuff has always been cheap and he is almost guaranteed a HOF spot.
