What is considered the true RC for Andruw Jones?

Is it the 1995 Bowman's Best, 1995 Bowman, or other? Figure I would ask the experts!

Thanks man, but out of those two, which one considered to be his true rookie card? Meaning, most valuable.

If a guy has more than one RC, they're all RCs equally. Market-value-wise, Bowman's Best is best, and the refractor version even better.

Yeah you're going to run into a lot of confusion using "true RC" to mean "best RC" because "true RC" is a term thrown around when say, talking about a 1951 Bowman Mantle as opposed to a 1952 Topps Mantle, or a 2011 Topps Update Trout being the "true RC" even though he had earlier cards. I've never heard anybody use the term "true RC" to describe "most valuable RC"...but maybe that's what the kids are saying nowadays.
