What is the market potential for this card?

I believe it's his only auto..only one has sold on ebay. These cards rarely pop up on the bay..don't know why. Is it because everyone is holding? The only completed listing got 18.50, and his name was spelled wrong (Zack instead of Zach). Is now an opportune time to sell? I haven't seen any stats from him, but it seems like 18.50 dlvd is a nice price as a seller for this card. Any help is appreciated.
