What Is This card???

I pulled this card from 1990 HOOPS Basketball. I dont know what it is so any ideas on what it is would be great.


It is signed on a blank white card and reads as fallowed:

Card is signed in blue ink and was pulled from a 1990 Hopps Basketball pack.

probably an employee at the printing factory doing quality control, that probably accidentally slipped in there.

At least you got a Maria M. autographed card, it sounds like a 1/1! as most others were likely destroyed.

Probably right, something from quality control, or some kind of staff.

I did the same thing once, I worked at a factory for a bakery and I would package up the
croissants and just before the box was taped closed I throw in a note saying things like

Thank God someone finally let me out, and Hey it was getting hard to breath in here.
And just before I quit the place, I added notes of hope I got all the mice dropping out of the batter . :lol: ::facepalm::
