What is this? Gold BORDERED Griffey topps porcelain 1989

There's a bunch of different porcelain cards with this image, each different in some way.

I haven't been able to find anything, from sales to just images, of this version.

Gold bordered, "hobby only" on back.

Any ideas?

It's the rarest version, only 10000 made lol

There are so many versions of these that it is hard to keep track. Never saw a hobby version before. With so many made, I wonder where the are hiding?

Definitely a lot of different Topps porcelain cards out there. I just saw an example of a 1991 Topps the other day. I had never saw that issue in porcelain before.
