What is this Jordan card?

Need a little help from you basketball experts. I'm thinking its a magazine insert or a stadium giveaway. The front is the same as the normal 92-93 Topps, the back is numbered CB-4.

I would guess SGA since they are numbered with CB (Chicago Bulls). They probably came in 9 card sheets.

Hey guys, still looking for any info on this card. Has anyone ever seen one before? I can't find one on ebay, checkoutmycards, sportslots sportsbuy or in the PSA registry which seems kind of strange being its Jordan. Any help would be appreciated.

There used to be a Topps Magazine that had card inserts that was around in that time period. Dont know for sure, but it could be a possibility.
