What is this Mickey Mantle Card??

Hey all I got this card in a Large Lot trade I just completed and don't know what this one is...it has to do with his Jersey #...I think these were part of the Mantle Shoebox collection but I have no idea on when, how they were distributed, or price...any help would be appreciated.

thanks, it signifies when he wore uniform #6...and not the #7 that he is known for...if you look at the pic it actually shows him with #6...

Its from the "Mickey Mantle Collection". They issued new Mantle cards and inserts ten or so years ago. I'd like to say they also inserted original Topps cards, but don't remember for sure.
