What is wrong with Miles Head?

He's been on the "7-Day disabled list" for about a month. He hasn't played since May 19th.

Any one know what's wrong?

I don't have specifics but the 7-Day DL is reserved for concussions. The symptoms from a concussion can last quite a while and varies from person to person and since they take them so seriously now they are kinda flexible with the DL rules on them. Eventually if he does have one and is not improving they will be forced to move him to the 60-Day DL since hes been on more than 15 days now. It would seem though since they haven't done that yet that they are holding out hope. A similar thing happened with Justin Morneau a few years ago and eventually the Twins had to move him to the 60-Day DL.

The 7-Day DL is the only type of DL that the minor leagues have.

You are correct with the Major League DL's though, as the 7-Day DL is reserved for concussions.
