What is wrong with the Angels Bullpen

What is going on? Just blew another lead. Something has to be wrong with Scott Shields. Oliver has been the only one pitching well, but he will be starting for a few weeks. This is pathetic.

at least it was against my tigers but seriously they looked terrible, bad walks and not only that but alot of dirt balls that could have been costly as well.
