What is your biggest concern about your team this year?

Health.

I think the Sox have a chance and have a lot of talent on the roster.....but they can't afford to lose Lester, Clay or Beckett. Same goes for the position players. It just seems there have been a ton of injuries (and then setbacks with the injuries) the last couple years that have derailed the season.
