I think you could figure that out partly from blown saves, though not every "win reversed" is a save situation, and BS's aren't tied to the starter, and I think a guy can get a BS and a win for the same game, so it would take a lot of research to filter out all contingencies. But you're right, that would be an interesting stat. Every pitcher has some hard-luck W-L records, it would be interesting to see a metric that could possibly project how many more wins they had if they could've just gotten a little more support from the bullpen. Then again, they play all 9 innings, and leaving up 1 run with 3 outs to go is never guaranteed. Stats projecting what might have been are frowned upon by serious seamheads, but they can be fun.
