I think some people are getting "What is your monthly card buying budget?" confused with "What do you spend monthly on cards?"

These are two COMPLETELY different questions...

:geek: Budget (a noun) - An estimate of income and expenditure for a set period of time

Not to be picky but most people are just saying what they spend monthly on cards... the question is do you have a budget and if so, how much is it.

Lets be picky. The title might have said budget but the second sentence in the op is "I'm curious to see what every one else spends. "
Now just because you were hung up on the technicality of the word budget - the noun you didn't need to question that guys monthly spending variances.

I'm not going to drag this out, I was only poking fun at his post because I'm pretty sure he was telling us that some months he spends $5 (because there just isn't anything to spend $ on) and other months $500 (because a lot spikes that he wants to buy)... but if you took his post as those are actual budgets he sets ahead of time, then that's fine... again, then I hope the cards he wants fall on months he doesn't budget the $5 and his timing is good with his collecting :D

300-500 usually but I spent 1700 in the last 3 days. Overtime decides how much I buy, If i cant afford something at the time then I put it in cc then work more overtime:D

If work is good = $200-$400 per month

If work is bad = $0-$50

Last year as a whole I spent about $300 per month

Hate to think. Goal of '13 is to save more, so hopefully won't buy as much.

I never budget specifically for cards. Something comes up that I want and I have extra paypal or money in the bank I buy it. That could be $5 a month or $500.
