Like your top 4 but would add 89 Score Barry Sanders rookie as 5.

you cant have elway in the top five and not marino

Sure i can. I think Elway was the better QB and since they are from the same set, id rather take the Elway RC over Marino. Elway has the Two Super Bowl rings and all the playoff heroics. Regular season stats are great sure and Marinos were insanely phenominal, but Elways were very good as well, not Marino good, but very good. Unfortunately Legends are made in the playoffs and Superbowls, not the regular seasons. Thats why i rate Elways RC above Marinos. Like i said, not much higher, maybe 1 or at the most 2 spots higher, but yeah, John Elways my number 5

Now don't everyone  at my list - this of course is MY TOP 5

1. - 1989 Score Tim Brown RC
2. - 1989 Score Barry Sanders RC
3. - 1989 Score Deion Sanders
4 - 1984 Topps Howie Long RC
5. - 1983 Topps Marcus Allen RC

I don't care that (1) insert card now-a-days is worth more than all those combined. Those are my TOP 5 RC's on the 1980's (if I could only own 5 that is!)

1. Montana 1981 Topps
2. Rice 1986 Topps
3. Young 1986 Topps
4. Sanders 1989 Score
5. Marino 1984 Topps

Only two of these decisions were tough for me:
Young/Sanders for the 3-slot
Marino/Elway for the 5-slot

I'm happy with this list though.
