what makes an UD 40-man rainbow?

i found a player with a card #/40.

what other cards make a rainbow?

Yeah, it is a true parallel. I looked at the checklist on beckett and there doesn't seem to be any method to how they chose what card had this version? The card numbers with this version go throughout the whole set too.
