I don't get it. Is the Wagner there or did someone slip in a reprint when the pack was slabbed? WTF??

Cards in tobacco packs were inserted inside the pack or box and usually between the wrapper that surrounded the cigarettes and the wrapper of box itself. I cannot explain this one except to say someone is up to no good here.

First problem I see here is it is in a *** slab, that company is a bunch of idiots who could'nt authenticate an item if it was signed in front of them.

At this point there may be more fake items in *** slabs than anything legit. I often wonder if they even have a letter of rejection or if they have used it in the past several years
