I bought this card last year through Photobucket. Bottom line I never received the card and couldn't get a refund. I bought it for $125 as it clearly says on the photobucket link. His ebay id leaf-certifiable and his photobucket id mirrorblackcollector21 are very similar. Also the exact same scan is used so I am almost positive that it is the same guy. I want the card, but I really don't want to buy from him. Anyone have an ideas on what I should do?

Why would you buy it again if you didn't get it the 1st time?

Well I don't want to pay again, but I will have to if I want the card. It is confirmed that it is the same guy. I love his story of trying to deny it. He says he doesn't have a photobucket, but when I mention the same scans, he goes and deletes the scan from the photobucket

Sorry to raise this from the grave, but this guy "leaf-certifiable" just won one of my auctions and was wondering if anyone else has had problems from this guy? I actually had a buyer contact me this morning saying:

-"Hey just wanted you to be aware of my situation with this ebayer.: Member id:leaf-certifiable. Collects these types of cards. You can look at my feedback and see which card I had. I sent the card without confirmation. My fault. I lost 173 dollars on the transaction. Just wanted to make you aware of my transaction with this person. Also, this was the only time ever that I had a card get "lost" in the mail."

Anyone else out there dealt with this guy? I thought I added the guy to my blocked list but must have not submitted...oh well. Sorry for these types of threads/posts, I'm just getting too frickin paranoid about people who win my high end items.

I think you should be ok if you send with signature confirmation.
Still, I would avoid him at all costs; he lies and like that buyer said, he will try to take advantage of every opportunity to steal money from people.
Also interesting to see is feedback is set to private...
