What to do? (Ebay related)

I preordered a case of Topps Magic Football from CaptainCollect/TheCardKid on May 9th. With the multiple product delays, it was released on July 2nd. A few days earlier, I asked a question about the presell shipping and got no answer. They say that presell items ship a day before release. Sent an e-mail with the same question and no response. I called them a few days ago, left a message, with no return. Am I being too worried about this? I can't file any sort of dispute now. Anyone else have any similar issues with them?

how did you pay for the case through PAYPAL--credit card or PAYPAL balance???? I guess if you are not getting any sort of response from them my first step would be to CALL PAYPAL and explain what happened and see if they can allow some sort of investigation even though it is after 30 days, and step 2 would be if you paid by a credit card, I would call them and do a chargeback since you never received anything. Also, a phone call to ebay would work as well. Explain your situation and as a BUYER, i am sure you will get taken care of.

Thanks very much. It was partially paid ($200~) with a paypal balance and the rest ($500~) on my credit card. I thought with their feedback I wouldn't have to worry about this.. it seems something like this happens every time with presells, lol.

Called their actual store location today and got an answer. They said it was a "pricing error" and they could not sell it to me at that price because they could lose their license to sell Topps products. Got a refund but still not happy about how this turned out.

I don't know why people buy presell stuff on ebay. But next time I need an interest free loan for a few months, I think I'm going to presell cases of a product.
