I sold a card a month ago, and I have a pretty standard policy: If the card is 50 bucks, it goes via 15 dollar shipping, unless you have a tonne of feedback. Someone bought a card, and had next to no feedback, and asked me if I'd ship it via the 4 dollar option.. I made my terms clear and just assumed he'd accept it --

So fast forward a MONTH and I'm looking through my eBay balance...He paid for the 15 dollar option, and has already left feedback.

I'm sure I got absolutely destroyed on feedback, although the price isn't listed on the, post-receipt.

So now i'm curious as to what I should do -- I mean, I charged him 15 dollars on a 7 or 8 dollar package (I think I insured it w/o tracking) -- I mean the bubble mailer probably cost a buck (I don't ship that often) and I shipped it in a half-decent one-touch.

He hasn't said a thing to me, either.

I'm not sure if this is an ebay error, or what.

Should I just set on the extra money? Should I refund him all but 4 dollars even though I originally insured it on my own penny?

I've sent him a message to double-check whether or not he actually paid 15, or if this is just an eBay message, but I sorta feel like a dick.. hah.

Tell that to the post-office, not me. The USPS charges the same fee to ship a registered, trackable, insured card to Canada. It's not surprising that Canada charges 12.50 and up to ship to the US.

I hope you're not busting my butt, because like hell if you think Imma ship a card over 50 dollars and get a charge-back.
