What to expect from Justin Upton this year?

In comparison delmon young had 125 less at bats and only 30 extra base hits but knocked in 60.

RBI are pretty meaningless. They are more to do with opportunity than skill, just like pitcher wins.

How can you call a guy that signs "the worst fan friendly guy in baseball hands down"?

I would probably reserve that for someone who ignores grown men or even kids asking him for an autograph.

So buying a card for 100 (base chrome auto) and expecting it to go to 175-200 with a low RBI total is what you envision?

Justin is an awesome dude signing multiple things for me on numerous occasions while in AA Mobile. Secondly, the stat you mentioned ericinct, is a product of nothing but luck. No one can sustain a skill throughout a career such as 6x as many xbase hits with no runners on than with risp. In fact hes is probably due for a little shift in variance in his "clucth luck" and wil have one helluva an RBI year this year.

I got his Auto last year when they played the Giants in San Francisco, and he was a class act.

It was literally 3 or 4 minutes before first pitch, and I was wearing Giants gear, and he still signed and seemed happy to do it.

I'm not sure he'll hit over .300, but I would not be surprised if he puts up 35-40 HR.

yep, a real dick....lets see, shows up 20 minutes late (and i know could have been for many reasons) to fan fest this year; sets up his own table, tells people who bought more than 2 of his autograph DONATION tickets he's not going to sign and then tosses a ball back at a kid when he asked "are you ken griffey jr?" THAT'S only one of the crappy attitude issues that day. Second one was a woman walked up with her 4 tickets that she bought wanting a jersey, ball, and 2 cards signed he yelled at her, yelled "dumb bitch what part of i'm not signing more than 2 don't you understand". CLASS ACT!!!! WOOO HOOOO

oh and by the way, yes i do think he's gonna have a great season, and before everyone starts in on me about he's human and has bad days too, i know trust me i know but jeez, how about a litte personality here in phoenix huh?

I read this and then proceeded to buy an Upton refractor auto literally a minute later.
