The closes could be Tony Romo (who was undrafted), if he can stop choking. Just looking at numbers, Romo outperformed Brady in their first 3 seasons as starters. Of course, the only thing that matters in the end is wins and rings. Maybe Romo can get there, may not. Being a Cowboys fan, I sure hope so. Draft analysis of Brady was that he had a weak arm, needed to add a lot of muscle to his tiny frame. He also didn't start full time at Michigan; if you recall, Drew Henson and Brian Griese were there at the same time and he lost tons of PT to both of them. Because of that, he wasn't really a proven commodity as a starting QB, explaining why he went so low. However, not many doubted his talent and ability to win and lead, just his body and amount of work to base a decision off of.

Yeah, what i mean by that is that there will never be another Brady Hobby wise and coming out of the 6th round and doing so well. Brady SPA RC's used to sell for $2 or less, a few SB's and MVP's later its one of the best cards in the Hobby. I just can't see that happening again.

I think you will see someone take off in value like Brady, probably alot of times. At one point two years ago, 1/3 of the QBs playing were undrafted.
Running backs especially. Dedric Ward, Michael Turner and Sproles just this year. Tashard Choice was a real late pick this year, and took off late. WRs too, but their demand burns out alot faster. Dwayne Bowe, this year, maybe?
The trick is finding them before they get hot. The great part of football cards is that 90% of the guys get "hot" at least once. Even if it's just speculation of them winning a starting job, that type of thing.
I can remember Kerry Collins mid-range RCs selling for about $200 when the got to the Super Bowl. Hell, I loved Romo as the Pokes QB of the future and was too %^&*! stupid to pick up his rookies and autos before they took off. My mistake, but everyone has some period, sometimes real small, where their demand goes up, and prices follow.

I didn't look it up or anything, but I am quite sure this statement is 100% wrong. The only undrafted QB starting I can think of who went undrafted was Romo.gt2590 said:

However, RBs are never the face of the franchise, will never be the one constant on a dynasty-type team, and they don't last long. Even LT seems pretty washed up, and he's a record-breaking, future HOFer, and he was a rookie what, 8 years ago?
