Long term, thats a tough call. Cant really take current brand recognition in to account since long term means LEAF could possibly make a lot of headway in this regard. Personally, I would not even venture to offer a nonsencical guess. But it's clear as of right now the Black Status has the edge, although the buy in in the LEAF offering is very tempting.

I agree totally with the notion of leaf 2-3 years from now. I love that leaf is on card, and even though black status has name recognition those darn stickers are no too appealing.

You will probably make more on the Leaf, but Elite will sell for more.

As was stated: if Leaf is a consistant, well-known entity 4 years from now, it's probably a wash or a preference thing. At this moment, if you pulled a 1/1, the Elite is more valuable.

Can anyone point to an example of a Leaf 1/1 outselling the same player's Elite 1/1? I'm honestly curious.

The only one that I see we may get a great example of leaf versus elite is the Josh Bell. The elite sold for 750, and the leaf although graded a 10 is at 1200 or b/o. Does anyone else see some com parables??? What did the rendon prismatic go for???
