What would this 68 mantle grade?

Just picked up in a trade. I know its value isnt large but what do u all think it would grade? Especially with the problems on the back.
Im assuming the sell value would be about $30?

Yeah, that paper loss is a killer. I'd say a 1. Nice looking card otherwise.
