Looks like 2 out of 5 transactions he failed to complete. Not sure what the rules are here.... but Id say some sort of a transaction suspension is needed.

Did you guys post the agreed upon transaction in the trade forum?

All trading agreements must be posted in each trading agreement forum.This includes card/card, card/paypal, card/cash, card/money order transactions. The forum moderators will review the transaction details should there be any issues that arise from the transaction.

Straight from the TOS, #2. Not saying we won't help, but there's a reason we ask members to post the trades, whether its card/card or card/paypal, etc.
