i normally leave ebay feedback right when i get the item however on ocassion i am unable to but always leave it withing a week or so. just logged in and checked my messages and this one was there from a seller.

Do you think you can leave me feedback sometime this century? God you people take forever. I sent your item out can I please have my feedback sometime this century?

this is my first time buying from this seller ever and probably the last.
i'm thinking right now that i won't be leaving feedback at this point.

I've gotten feedback months after transactions. I don't see anything wrong with waiting and doing FB in groups. I'd politely let the guy know that I did sometimes do FB in groups. After that, I'd just not leave him FB.

Heh. The SOB in me would leave the guy a neg. I'm having a good chuckle just thinking about the dude's reaction when he gets his long-coveted feedback.

I would reply back that feedback is optional and something regarding his poor attitude regarding it. I would be tempted to leave a negative but would just not leave anything at all.

I dont really like his response.....BUT, as a seller it is pretty frustrating when you ship the cards out right away and take care to do everything perfect, only to not hear anything back from the buyer about the transaction being successful.....

Either way, that is NOT the way to word an email asking someone to please leave feedback.

Ask him for an apology or you'll leave feedback about his attitude. I've gotten those in the past and asked for them to say I'm sorry. Amazingly, I've gotten apologies all 3 times.

I'd get real bent out of shape and ask everyone their opinion on the matter.

Not me, I would do what TNP777 would do, and not need help from anybody in my decision process. :P

Neutral or negative with low stars for communication and anything else that may be appropriate.

Quite frankly, this would be a "negative" transaction. The first sentence wouldn't do it, but the "God you people take forever" line...and then the third line. I'd go negging.

Go even further and write back stating "What do you mean by "you people"? Why do you have to bring race (or religion, or sexual orientation, or whatever floats your boat) into this?"

You want your feedback - here it is, buddy.

Have some fun!

In your feedback comment write something totally off the wall:

"Seller offers personal/inappropriate favors for feedback"

or

"And I thought Clay Aiken was gay..."

This is good stuff. Thanks.

Personally, I can't stand it when people email me asking for feedback. It's like their life depends on my single little "vote". I've had the same person mail me on multiple occassions asking for me to leave feedback. I then realize this person has no life and respond by saying, "I will. Check back regularly." and then never do it.

Eh, as a seller, I don't personally check my feedback all the time. I don't know which buyers left feedback or didn't. I'd just ignore him and when you do leave feedback, leave 1 star for communication.
