I'd say the last two years I'd prefer the 9.5 and before that I'd take a 9 refractor. The trend, in my opinion, in the last two years has been to minimum grade 9.5 which has made 9's from the last couple years less valuable.

im not a prospector or anything but i voted regular auto 9.5

of course it would change depending on the player, if the refractor was numbered, if it was PC, etc.
