I think the Mariners could put together a better package than that.. if theyre interested (I hope they are)

Petco nor the AL has anything to due with the lack of velocity or the elevated number of walks. It is lack of strength and control, issues from his time on the DL last year. The WS new he was a risk when they acquired him, he just needs more time.

+2, he was 5-0 last year in the AL, just needs some time.

I haven't seen him pitch this year. I just remember how filthy his stuff was in San Diego. And then I assumed he was healed up from his injury after he finished last season with good numbers.

If it was just one game, it wouldn't bother me. But he hasn't pitched very good in three of his four starts.

oh, only pitching? maybe not then. weve already traded a lot of milb pitchers worth note so I think we couldnt get 5 or so pitchers.(seems like the milb has a lot of good hitting hopefuls for the most part) I think they are going to trade aardsma for some reason.. he did to our last closer and it worked out well. they will just let aardsmas value increase. right now he hasnt given up a run and has save 17 in a row but that isnt enough. they are also prepping lopez to go as well,

as for hernandez, I dont even think they would trade him alone for gonzo.. I know I wouldnt.

i like the mariners team. they started off a bit rocky, but been playing well and lee comes back soon. i wouldn't want to mess with them. especially keep aardsma. why would the ylet him go?
