1) Get Diamond Seats at a Reds game; they are directly behind home plate. All drinks (alcohol and otherwise) and food are included. Pre-game buffet in the Diamond Club.

2) Go to the 2015 All-Star in Cincinnati and the Home Run Derby

3) See @DatDudeBP and the Reds win a World Series

4) Finally catch a foul ball or home run ball

1 & 2 are also on my wife's list. 1 & 2 will more than likely not happen due to monetary restraints and 4 is a crap shoot. A man can dream though. :D

EDIT: Actually all 4 are on her list as well.

I'd love to be able to go to more than one game every 15 years. And see the mariners win a World Series.. Nothing major

Sounds like most company suites I have been in. It's more of a social gathering than for a hardcore fan.

The suites at Wrigley have great views actually.

These discussed here are the roofs of some apt buildings that are across the street from the park.

Man this is a tough one, I've been to Cooperstown, Shea and new Shea, old Yankee stadium and Fenway, been to a game 7 ('06 LCS - rather not talk about it), met and hung out for days and or weekends with players, wow, I feel like I've been pretty lucky in my baseball life...guess all I need now is to catch a foul/home run ball (one almost caught me, but that's another story), and witness a Mets WS win and I could die happy
Edit to add: I suppose I'd also like to check out the other parks I've never been too

I just want a goon squad t-shirt! Those things are awesome!

Seriously, I'd like to be at a World Series clinching game, announce a game with Don Ursillo at Fenway and play right field for one game with the sox!

Mine is much like everyone else's:

1.) See a game in every park (so far I've only hit three: SkyDome/Rogers Centre, Fenway, old Yankee Stadium).

2.) Take pregame warmups and BP with the Blue Jays.

3.) Visit the Baseball HOF.

Probably the HOF is the most likely to happen. My wife loves cross-border shopping in NY state so we could make a family trip of it when the kids are older.
