What's the best way to return a Redemption "replacement"?

I had a redemption for a 2012 Topps Tier One Andrew McCutchen silver auto/25...and I got this as a replacement:



So I'm not very happy, and rather upset. How do I go about getting something that is a more equitable replacement?

Just mail it back to the Duryea office with a POLITE letter explaining why you think it's an unfair replacement and maybe give some examples of what you'd deem acceptable. Ive always had good luck doing that. Good luck to you!

I love vlad.. But you got hosed! Call first explain to yourself (if you can get ahold of someone).. It doesn't make any sense to be out the chutch and the vlad if they choose not to help you.

Just call or mail back with a NICE explanation... Kindness (not abusiveness or threats) goes a long way with manufacturers!
