Whats the deal with Buster Posey?

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this or not but when I went to Buster Posey's stats page on milb.com it said he was on the reserve list. What does that mean?

Something to do with the collision he had possibly?

I heard that he was put back in extended spring training after this collision. They're probably just being cautious with him.

He was with Fresno in Nashville. Has yet to play.

Buster will be back in the lineup today. He was taken out as a precaution. Also, Buster and Brandon Crawford are going to be playing with Team USA in Europe in September.
