Im guessing it was an after market card but im not sure

The seller says its unnumbered which is true.

It looks like a Mike Sweeny autographed card. I don't see anything weird about it.

It could be that it somehow didn't get numbered, but I think it's more likely it was a replacement that snuck out. I'm assuming it is legit though, as it would seem silly for someone to try and fake Mike Sweeney's autograph.

I cant really recall for sure, but I do remember hearing about 2-3 guys out of that set that were very very tough to find, to the point people thought they were not ever even made, but were on the checklist. For some reason Sweeney sticks out in my mind as one of those guys...which makes me agree with Brett, good chance that card came out later after the fleer bankruptcy, or as a replacement, etc.....

If I recall correctly the parallel version of these autographs had the purple foil like your Sweeney. I think the card just missed being serial #ed to 50. Of course, I have been wrong a million times before.

well I just bought it for 4.00 dlvd.
Thanks for the help guys hopefully it was just a card that slipped through the numbering process.

As mentioned already, only the parallel of that card had the purple foil. They were hand numbered to 50, but I'm sure some extras got backdoored or were released when Fleer went bankrupt. I know I've seen a few like that of Magglio Ordonez.
