Also what would he next after that with approximate release date and price per case on pre-order?

You can get BDP pre-order cases from less reputable ebay sellers for around $600ish, but whether they actually deliver is hit or miss. More reputable dealers (on or off ebay) will be around $650+. From my personal experience, I've been able to get them slightly cheaper AFTER actual release, since there always seem to be dealers undercutting each other in the first couple of weeks to try and dump their excess inventory.

Looks like the original question was already answered, but just wanted to say maybe, maybe not, regarding the less reputable dealers. Just because someone isn't a giant in the distribution game doesn't mean you shouldn't buy from them. I got my cases from mama bear and they were dirt cheap. I've also bought cases from other collector's who probably bought to hold for future investment on a product, but it didn't climb as they expected or they needed to clear out some stuff to free up cash. When you buy to flip (not keep in a collection), the less you have to pay for the product the better. Always smart to use a secured payment method though to protect your self in case you end up on the maybe not side of this!

Of course, I'm talking sealed cases ONLY. Wouldn't ever touch a loose box from anyone I didn't completely know and trust in the hobby (and there are few of those people around!).

Also, it looks like if you can be a bit patient and try to win cases at auction, you can do better than the BINs out there on ebay.

Seriously though, I'm talking about people with limited pre-sell history selling at 10% under what the reputable guys have it at, NOT the mamabears of the world that are undercutting by 25-40%. 999 out of 1000 times, those guys don't deliver.
