What's the rarest 1989 card of the "Big Unit" Randy Johnson?

He seems to have a good number of cards from back in the day. Are there any rare ones that are seldom seen? I know there are some tough versions of his Fleer Marlboro card. I'm guessing his Topps Tiffanys are rare for 1989 standards.

According to Junkwaxgems, there is one known copy of a "clear sign" Randy Johnson.

It's 1989, so there's an endless supply of all the main cards. If you want something that's really tough, go back a year and find a 1988 CMC Indianapolis Indians minor league card that's graded 8 or better. It's a black border card that was given out in plastic bags with RJ being the top card. PSA only has three 9s & one 10.
