What's up with this Koufax card?

I have never seen this card before. The slab says 2005 Exclusive but it is a 1998 Signature /25. I am quite confused and any help would be great.

Looks like Donruss took some of the Koufax cards they had sitting around and had them numbered and slabbed to give away to employees or important people at a show or conference.

On all likelyhood it is probrobly from the Trade Conference or the National.The did alot of promo stuff like this.They also gave them out to corporate accounts as thank yous.
