When I send PM why do some go to "Outbox" and some to "Sent"

It shows up in your Outbox when the recipient hasn't opened the message.

They all should go to Sent after you send them.

Yeah what Indy Man said

The all go to the outbox until they are read by the person you send them to.
And they all end up in the sent box after they are read, by said person.

Maine of course......
..."outbox" is a pending (ie. not yet read by the recipient) message

..."sent" is a message that has been read by the recipient

Ok, cause someone is telling me they haven't received my PM and it is in my out box. Is this maybe cause their inbox is full?

yeah, what they said

btw, you aren't alone

this is probably the most frequent question I get.

So many people used to outlook.

and if its in your outbox, then it's in their inbox as unread, regardless of what they say.
