You could join the military and shoot a M2. It probably costs the taxpayers north of $1,000 a minute to fire that thing. Or throw the two grenades you get in basic; I'm sure they cost like $50 each.

I was on a detail running a range last month. We drew a ton of ammunition for it, and we had bunches left over. Using all the ammunition is just a matter of getting a signature, but turning it in is a pain in the behind. So what did we do? Fire about 30,000 miscellaneous machine gun rounds downrange.
