Title says it all. I wanna print a label out on paypal. I have never mailed anything outside the US so I am unsure on what service to pick with delivery confirmation.

Thanks for the help guys

I think it's "First Class International" (at least that's what it used to be called) ... make sure you list it as a package as bubble mailers are. Unfortunately shipping to Canada is now about $6+ for a 1-2oz. package.

The only way you are getting delivery confimation is if you send it registered, which you would have to do at the post office. That will probably run you about $16 or $17. It would be worth doing so if its an expensive card. Otherwise, Id just send it first class international through paypal and the customs form will print out with

Not true ay more, first class international (or whatever it's called now) now includes delivery confirmation. This was part of the change that came in January, along with the increased prices.

Well that's good to know now, I haven't shipped anything international yet this year. Is this for pretty much any country?

Not positive, though I think it was Canada only. I used to ship a lot to Canada as I sell a lot of Hockey, but I think I've only had one sale to Canada since the increased costs.

I shipped a First Class package to Canada a few days ago using an Ebay label that has the new E-DELCON service or whatever they brand it as for international on the label, but it still only shows as "Electronic Shipping Info Received" on USPS' website. Yet a whole bunch of domestic packages I mailed the same day are already updated with en-route tracking. Now I'm worried the tracking won't update properly going to Canada :(.
