It's awesome to see, and allows fans to start speculating about where he might end up on the all-time list. I still want to see more before I assume he's back, but looking at what he has done to this point in his career is fun. Awesome article by Jason Stark:

Agreed as I want to see how he looks at the end of the season but I will say that his legs are not even the same as last 2 years he just looks healthier even when running.

It's funny how people ignored this completely when considering his decline. Time will tell and he's not 27 any more, but he was basically the best hitter in the game for a decade and already one of the top 10 hitters of all-time, so there's definitely hope.

(I'll stop here though since I picked up a ton of his stuff and know that people will get on my case for pimping him, as if pimping a 1st ballot HOFer on a message boards is going to affect prices...)

Even though guys is giving it to him without anything in return I hope Pujols or the Angels atleast give him back something which would be just as classy.
It says in the article that you quoted that Pujols gave him an autographed cap and ball.
And the guy who dropped the ball and his kids also got to meet Pujols and get autographed caps and balls.
Of course, they all got pictures with Pujols too.

Wouldn't one have to be in the top 10 in SOME hitting category to be considered top-10 all-time? I think you're jumping the gun a bit here.

I'm not saying he IS in the top 10 of all time, but name 10 better all around baseball players than Albert Pujols.

Absolutely not; and yes Pujols is absolutely unequivocally one of the top 10 hitter of all-time. There are many players who have reached the "top 10" in a single category, but were not great "all-around hitters. Pete Rose, Derek Jeter, Carl Yastrzemski, Paul Molitor and Cap Anson are all in the top 10 in hits. None are close to the hitter that Pujols is for his career. Jim Thome, Frank Robinson, Mark McGwire and Harmon Killebrew are in the top 10 in homeruns, none are close the hitter than Pujols is for his career. Neither is Griffey. And depending on how you look at it Arod and Bonds due to steroids, one could argue that the only hitters in the discussion (from the top 10 homerun hitters) are Aaron, Ruth and Mays.

Some more telling metrics include OPS (and don't tell me that Pujols is still playing as he's already played longer than Greenberg)

This article by Jason Stark does a nice job of telling the story:
