Where can I get a case of 09 BC for under $399 dlvd.?

A friend is looking to pick one up and I have not seen anything lower than $399 dlvd.

Anyone know of a site that has them at less than $399 and takes paypal?

I think that is the best you are going to find honestly. You can find loose boxes cheaper ($33 at the sun times show), but every place is putting a premium on the sealed case.
