Hopefully The Walking Dead comic bubble will burst by then (as all the naysayers have promised it will) and i am able to fill in a few more complete runs as issue 200 is out and continues to see the series running strong.

For baseball cards, i really am not sure. Cards have slowed to a crawl for me. After the 2012 Heritage Hi # Set debacle and the pissing on 2013 Heritage Set Collectors, my connection to modern baseball cards at the moment is True Gem Mike Trout Cards. id also like to add a PSA Paige Leaf RC to finish off my Post War PSA RC Collection.

For Football, my Andrew Luck & Russell Wilson True Gem Collections are chugging along at a decent pace.

In five to ten years I hope my collection will be nicely housed and displayed in my yet-to-be constructed man cave in our basement. Everything FS/FT neatly categorized in 4-row boxes, completed Blue Jays team sets in binders, a few display cases and shelves showing off nicer PC items.

In terms of PC goals I hope to reach 85% of all Olerud cards (currently at around 61%). Don't know if I'll still be collecting Arencibia since I just started it last month.

Might also get more into graded PC items and have a wall display case for them.

Sent using the Freedom Card Board mobile app.

I hope to have a nearly complete JJ collection. I'll be nearly 43 in ten years (yikes, just thinking about it). I don't think I'll bring my cards to the Philippines, whenever we move there permanently, though. Naomi or unborn child(ren) will have their say, but I'd like for them to continue on collecting or collect their favorite player, as it is a fun hobby, where you can meet great folks and have lifelong friendships.

Probably 99% gone. Keeping a few select cards around unless I can't help but to sell them.

My comics collection of about 10 years worth of reading and collecting will be the next to make their way to eBay, Mainly consisting of2001-2010 DC Marvel and Image and various books from the 70s, 80s, 90s.

What will be the last 1% things you'll keep? Just curious what'll make the cut

I don't know where my collection will be in that time frame. I started collecting again early last year. Before that I collected retro videogames for several years. I have sold off a small part of that since getting into cards. Mainly sold stuff that was worth a bit but wasn't something I would really want to play. I plan on continuing to downsize my videogame collection as I play through stuff and decide if I want to keep them or not. I have around 2000 videogames at the moment plus numerous systems.

I will say as of late I have really focused on working on my Chicago Cubs team sets. I also recently started a PC of Fred McGriff as many of you know. I also have a small PC of Ken Griffey Jr. but I have not added much to it as of late. I did buy a decent amount of football and basketball stuff last year but I seem to have little interest in those as of late. Especially football. I would like to do an 86/87 Fleer basketball set one day. Also when I started buying cards last year I dabbled a bit in non sports cards. I found a nice lot of The Beatles A Hard Days Night cards and I did finish that set. Also picked up a few other sets that I remember from when I was a kid such as Buck Rogers and Battlestar Galactica.

Ideally, majority will be gone and I will only focus on:

TTM Autos
Seattle Mariners
Boston Bruins
Paul Molitor
Harold Reynolds
Zach Hamill
Any other Everett Silvertips PC's I start
Maybe one other player collection
Topps Sets

Other than those, I would hope to occasionally break boxes/cases (just to fill the urge) and sell everything as soon as I open it.

For a long while now I have been picking up mainly autos of players I collect and other cards that catch my eye. I'll probably continue with that, Bagwell, and Stackhouse. Also love building sets but I think I'll start getting a little stricter about which sets I collect.

Looking for Albert Belle cards! PM me!

Mainly Ranger current players and prospects and a few other Top Prospects which I'm selling at call up.

Since I lost my job and had a huge tax bill cards have kept me afloat selling off my PSA 9/10 Chromes, Kevin Durant Autos (made a killing before OKC got knocked out of the playoffs) and my Harper (broke even lost money on my aflac and killed on my BC Blue ref auto) Trout (did great since the buy in was low versus return) and Strasburg (lost a lot of money) cards.
I still have a Harper and Strasburg PSA chrome I will keep unless its to tempting to sell. Dumped almost all of my Josh Hamilton cards when he left Texas. Should have sold after his 4HR game since his play and prices have tanked.
As well as getting rid of players who are former Rangers.

I have made a killing on some cards and taking a beating on what I paid for alot more.

I also sold all base cards (except rangers and a few prospects)
Sold a few other basketball autos of Griffin and Dirk. Still have my Cowboys SPA rookies and Andy Dalton autos. Which will go during football season or the playoffs if hell freezes over and the cowboys make the playoffs. I sold the majority of my football autos inserts a couple years ago but still looking to unload my football base cards which is a ton of cards.

Comics are next.

Sorry for the novel!

Hopefully my collection is consolidated to just higher end vintage with the occasional box break.

I sometimes build up enough initiative to start selling off my collection but get lazy and stray away from selling once the easier, $50+ cards are sold. I swear I have a small fortune in random $5 cards from all these years of box breaking with little selling.

Should be about the same, pick up Padres cards I like as well as Padres prospects and the occasional top prospect. Hope to pick up some higher end cards at some point at the income should increase over five years.

We're all assuming that the next gen printers won't be able to replicate cards!

So barring next 'replicator printers' base cards and 1/1s don't get old for me.

i only have two more goals for my collection and those are picking up a Kobe auto and a Walter Payton non-cut auto for my PC. I've been thinning out my PC for a while so i can only guess that it will just keep getting smaller and smaller.

I will continue to build my Brandon Phillips collection and hopefully be able to make more progress with Game Used items. I want to continue to work on getting autos of members of the Reds team Hall of Fame ( I'm currently at 21). Also, soon (when they get cards) I will be starting collections of Cody Zeller and Victor Oladipo for Indiana basketball.

Picking up the occasional 1/1 of a Vandy guy, but mostly looking for interesting historical VU memorabilia. Although most of that would go to the VU hall of fame, whenever it is they finish building one.

If I get a big-time firm job, maybe the occasional splurge on high end (non-prospect) box/case. But maybe not. My collection intake is a trickle right now, and I like it that way. It should be very few high end cards, and one or two low end cards of each guy that licensed companies make cards for.

I have absolutely no clue where my collection will be 5-10 years from now.

I have contemplated completely selling off my entire collection and starting over a few years from now (when I am out of college and my family and I have moved), which could lead my collection into any of many directions (HoF rookie autos, player collections, team collecting, set collecting, etc).

As of now, I will just say in 5-10 year, my collection will probably will be thinned down to nothing.
